YFC at a Glance

The (YFC) is bringing together dozens of nonprofits and the community to create a new model of service for youth and families in Greater Sacramento. YFC is connecting people to the right services at the right time through collaborative, client-center program delivery AND building nonprofits’ capacity by sharing operational resources, tools, and knowledge. YFC is practicing this model at the Fruit Ridge Community Collaborative (FRCC), a joint-site location housing 25 nonprofits in South Oak Park.
